If big bold colours aren't really your thing, then we can suggest some ideas for Classics but with a contemporary twist!
1) White.
'White on white' weddings are a big trend for summer 2010, but we understand you want to achieve this clean cut timeless look without being boring. We can suggest the following choices for giving white stationery instant appeal...
- Print a white foil pattern onto a white matt card background. The white foil print pattern has a gloss finish to it, so the contrast between the gloss pattern and matt background works brilliantly. Foil printing can be applied to any of our designs, and works just as well on an intricate pattern as on a bold print.
- Emboss a design out from a white card. Embossing a white Flock Heart from a white background (for example) would make the card look that extra bit special. Using a contemporary print design (such as the Flock Heart) alongside such a traditional printing technique would bring the design bang up to date.

- Use a fancy envelope. Why not keep the card simple with classic fonts but create some interest in an amazing envelope! We have just got our hands on some gorgeous rose print envelopes, which have a lovely raised texture to them. They would no doubt create the WOW factor if they dropped through your letterbox, and are much more budget-friendly than the 2 options above.
